All prices are in Danish kroner/DKK, and include 25% VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one shown on the website on the day of the order.
Reservation is made for price and tax changes, price errors and discontinued or sold-out goods.
Ordering and payment
We accept payment by Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and MobilePay. The payment will not be debited from your account until the item is dispatched.
We use Stripe as our payment partner.
Information provided to third parties is done so for the sole purpose of processing, delivering or returning an order or offer. For further information on the protection of personal data, please refer to our website.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 pm (Danish time) on the same day. After that, orders will be dispatched on the next weekday. Orders received at the weekends and on public holidays will be processed on the first subsequent working day. Items are delivered on weekdays only.

We dispatch to all of Denmark and other countries in Europe. Postage prices are from DKK 39. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.

There is a two-year warranty on our products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which applies to defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired or exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service. Your complaint must be submitted within a ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the defect in the item. The Nordic Culture Fund will cover the costs of return to a reasonable extent. The item must always be returned in appropriate packaging.

We cannot accept packages sent without delivery, or packages sent cash on delivery.
Right of cancellation and return
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the item, or the last item in an order if you have ordered several items in a single order which are delivered individually.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the item(s) within 14 days of the notification. Notification should be made by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message, you must make clear that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

You must pay the direct costs associated with the return of the item. When returning items, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will also be faster if you also complete and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We cannot accept packages sent cash on delivery. You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery of the item without clearly informing us of this.
Condition of product on return
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. You can in other words try the product as though you were trying it in a physical shop.
If a product is tried in excess of the above, it is considered used. That means that if you cancel your purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the product at the time that the return is received. In order to receive a full refund, you must try the product without actually using it.
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you have paid to us.
In the case of an impairment in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
When you exercise the right of cancellation, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before that.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we require the following information:

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you, and in order to process inquiries about your purchase.
Your personal information will be registered by the Nordic Culture Fund and stored for a period of five years, after which time the information will be deleted.

Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties.
As a customer, you always have the right to object to the data registration. You also have the right to see what information has been recorded about you. You have these rights under the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, and any queries in this regard should be directed to: email@example.com.
